Exchange and refund policy

Exchange and refund policy: 

- Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers and this includes all the products that we offer in our store.

- All products displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this magazine.

- It is possible to return or exchange if the product is in the same original condition when purchased and packaged in the original packaging.

- Return within three (3) days and Exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a refund or replacement.

- Please take a photo of the product and send it with the city, address and order number to be replaced with another product if the product is damaged or there is a certain defect, or not used as agreed.

- The customer will receive a full refund if the product he received is completely different from the product description on the product page on our website.

- We are not responsible for the expectations of the use of products by the client that we did not mention on the product page on our website.

- 30 percent discount or a minimum value of AED 25 if the customer does not want the product and has no defects or problems.
